CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. It is our intention to check all references and information offered by the applicant on this application form. If it is found after checking references that information provided by the applicant is unsuitable or inaccurate then the applicant’s contract may be terminated without notice. Please supply details of three referees: such as your employer, previous employer, previous landlord and trade references such as solicitor or accountant; whom we may contact. It is mandatory to include a reference from your bank manager. If all three references are not provided, this application will not be considered. One personal reference will also be considered.

If at any time the information is found to be false or in anyway incorrect, any contract between myself and Zuva Petroleum (Pvt) Limited is may be terminated without notice.
